Our Story

I arrived to Miami at a young age with no knowledge of the restaurant industry. After working with a large restaurant corporation and entrepreneurs I’ve gained and mastered the knowledge needed to excel on my own. With the guidance and support by God, I embark on a new adventure. Our goal is to expand in units and grow in the diversity of meals and capacity to serve our communities with fresh, tasty and affordable dishes that no other restaurant could be compared. Amistad Grill Restaurant is the product of years study and experience on how customers should be treated and how classic American food should be executed with a little Uruguay mix. At Amistad-Grill Restaurant in South-Dade Florida we we cook only fresh and natural ingredients for each recipe. From the moment you arrive, we work to ensure you have that memorable experience on each dish.  We are focused to do something more than just typical and traditional cuisine, we want to provide you a healthy and authentic way to enjoy food,  let's start a new tradition!

We source our fresh ingredients from local sources in the area of Miami, Homestead, and The Keys Florida. We get natural ingredients from  local food producers to ensure we can prepare your meal with care and love.

Amistad Grill Restaurant  is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. Our staff works to make sure that your event is all that you want it to be. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your celebration.
